We are delighted to have two beautiful School Age Childcare services right here in our community of Arklow, based onsite in Gaelscoil an Inbhir Mhóir and SS Michael’s & Peter’s Junior School.
Having childcare available directly on school grounds makes such a difference for children and families. There is no rushing from one setting to another and children can finish their school day and move into a familiar, welcoming environment where they can relax, have fun, spend time with friends and enjoy the rest of their day.
Our Gaelscoil service welcomes children attending Gaelscoil an Inbhir Mhóir and also accommodates children from Carysfort National School.
Our second Arklow service is based onsite at SS Michael’s & Peter’s Junior School, where we also accommodate children attending St John’s National School and St Joseph’s National School.
At both of The Purple Bell services, we want environments to feel different from the school day. Children have already had a busy day of learning, so their time with us is about having choices, unwinding, playing, getting outdoors, being creative and enjoying time with their friends.
We are incredibly proud to be part of the Arklow community and to provide local families with childcare that is convenient for parents while, most importantly, creating a place where children are happy, comfortable and excited to spend their time
